Tomorrow is our first performance of the season. We are doing a Phantom of the Opera show and it is going to be so powerful. I expect us to completely overpower the competition this year. Gah I'm so excited. I need to go to bed.

D4n, that is one of my favorites. I've seen it twice (maybe three, that year is kinda fuzzy) and the movie. Have both soundtracks.
And Echo, I'm so glad I don't know where you live so I don't have to visit.

Darn hurricane veered south at the last minute and robbed me of my day off at work, so I got alot of rain and plenty of wind, but none of the perks. As far as playing in hurricanes though I've gotta admit that I've done that alot. Last year I was grilling on my front porch during Jeanne... or was it Frances... they hit so close that I get them kinda mixed up. Flying kites is fun, but usally the strings snap, I suppose I'll try fishing line next time. Whats great is when your dog decides its time to take care of business right in the middle of the storm, you just kinda hope he comes back.

Haha yeah. I've got a shih tzu and a great dane at my house. It's always humerous to see how they both react to those really windy days haha.

I want a dog but we can't agree on what kind to get. I like big dogs, he likes little ones. I think the little ones are too 'yappy' and he thinks big dogs will always tear up the house. We've pretty much agreed on a medium sized dog, but that's where it ends.

A Beagle, get a Beagle, They are a medium sized dog that can be easily trained and not very yippy but are loyal and good guard dogs.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a member of the Beagle Society or anything like that I was just offering up a suggestion. I was thinking about a Chow but the hair issue just plain nuts!

Nah, don't worry. It will still be awhile before we get a dog. We really don't have the time or money to put into having a pet right now but we still are always on the lookout. I'm definitely looking for something that doesn't shed a lot. He wants something that won't tear up the house or jump on everyone. (I haven't quite convinced him yet that this is pretty easy to accomplish with good training. )

He's got it backwars there. It's the little dogs who are yappy and rip up the house. At least thats how it works around here. Great danes are great. Loyal, great with kids, albeit they are intimidating to youngsters haha, lovable, and playful. And if you're in a more dangerous city, they're nice big security officials haha. It's also harder to train the smaller dogs. We didn't need to train the big one at all haha. Smart dog I'll tell you what haha.

Hey Acan - I was watching the wather channel and saw that hurricane. Man, you could fly a cow like a kite if you wanted to.
Say... That gives me an idea...
