I do that all the time. Either that, or start typing and pop up windows all over my screen. It is very annoying.

I had fun last night. Except i was at a basketball game. Ya thats right watching my Washington Panthers pull out a squeaker against rival Metemora in the Sectional game. Now we play Richwoods in the Sectional finals Friday. We whooped em last year in the same game. Hopefully we make it all the way to state this year. That would be sweet!!

I am really hoping we get to state this year. We lost by 1 point in SuperSectionals last year. We were down by 20 at half and came all the way back and almost won but our last second 3 was off the mark. Looks like we have a pretty good chance this year to make it to state. Maybe even win it. My moms high school is in the Class A state finals so I am probably gonna go watch them play. I really hope we get to state...

Hope you do too. I have to write a letter and make a rough copy as well in an hour and a half... its hard too. But oh well ill get it done. Is chemistry a hard class?? I have to choose my grade 10 courses for next year and I am going to do grade 11 math and chemistry, just to get ahead and some of my friends are doing it too.
Im planning on being an engineer when im done high school... what is an engineer exactly? Hah im planning to be one and I dont even know what it is. Also is calculus a hard course? Because I will have to take that to get into engineering.
So anyway are chemistry and calculus hard courses??

Ultimate, I have my degree in Chemical Engineering. How 'hard' those classes are is subjective, but yes, there is a good bit of work in becoming and being an engineer.
Engineering is designing. Not decorating, but designing buildings, structures, processes, etc. As a chemical engineer, you learn how to build and operate large-scale chemical processes; oil refineries, chemical plants, paper mills, etc.
I loved chemistry. You learn all about what makes up our world. Everything is made of chemicals and in chemistry you learn about atoms and how they form together to make new things. Did you know ordinary table salt is made of two deadly elements (a metal and a gas)?
Calculus is math, what can I say. It is the mathematics of things in motion and things in a volume. You deal a lot with "limits" of things.
Let me know if you have more questions.

Okay thanks, I dont think that the classes will be too hard for me, since my strongest subjects are math and science. English, on the other hand, which I am doing homework for right now, is not a great subject. Now that I sort of know what engineering is it sounds interesting and that is probably what I will do after high school.

You're welcome. I was good in math and science too. That's also why I picked engineering. You will probably love it.
There are several kinds of engineering too. Mechanical deals with designing machines and things. Chemical deals with designing large scale chemical processes. Civil deals with designing infrastructure (roads, bridges). Biomedical deals with designing medical equipment and prosthetics. There are many more.

engineering sounds like a good career path....i'm interested in it since i know i can't follow the family tradition and become a doctor :P
i really, really hate english class. i'll take literature over comp anyday....but as for right now, all this analyzation that we're doing is killing any type of fun i get out of reading.
has anyone read a recent TIME magazine that said that the US is lagging behind other countries (like China) in the science department? it's got me worried....
seems like we're getting fatter and stupider each year.

Ya we are getting fatter and stupider thanks to drugs an more TV channels. If you were to see the freshman at my high school you would understand why we are getting stupider.

The freshmen at my school seem to be getting shorter and shorter every year. I swear they loose 3-4 inches each year, Im going to come back for my 10 year reniuon and they are going to be 2 feet tall.
And I feel better today, I took a bunch of vitamin C tablets last night along with some advil cold medicine and now i just have a bit of a stuffy nose. I strongly suggest vitamin C and advil cold anytime your sick!

WOOHOO! I've just been applied to do networking courses with Skills Train after passing an interview and 2 Aptitude Courses regarding Networking. It will cost me £65 a month over 3 years but it does look like I want to do this work after reading the information about it.
so yeah, I'm thinking of going down the Cisco Systems route and go anywhere while keeping with the DataLink servers. My life will become better than the crap course at my college now!
but... it's not all good news, my brother's got Stomach Cancer again... I hear about it a few days ago, and I hope that he comes better soon.

Im sorry to hear your brother has stomach cancer omega... cancer is never good and stomach cancer sounds really bad...
Funny the freshman at my school seem to be getting taller every year... maybe it will even out soon? The freshman here are just freaking retarted. One of them that i know keeps trying to be all smart, and half the time is dead wrong. Its annoying.
yay im in school. i hope they cancel tennis cause i really dont want to go. i have to go some place after school and i am really banking on it raining. i have to go stop in at my old junior high school but no one is in the office after 330, i dont get done with tennis till 430. i have to get them there by tomorrow. so annoying.
in other news i bought my ticket to go to the sectional final game tomorrow night. cant wait, got to cheer my team on to victory. super sectionals here we come! hopefully. though i dont even know if i can go to supers since its awhile away and i cant drive there. o well ill figure something out.
damn it looks like its not going to rain for awhile. hopefully he will realize the courts are too slippery and not make us practice. that would be good cause i HAVE to be at the school before 3... grrr life sucks.
