ok thats it im feud up with this crap! ok my brother got scammed out of 15k, both him and one of his friends tried talking to the guy asking for it back. o it was for victos battle axe btw. the deal was 115k. my brother gave the guy 15k the guy then said its on his other account and got off. well he woudnt give my bro back his 15k when the guy finally got back on a week later. well both my bro and his friend got mad at the guy. well today i tried to talk to him about it. he claims that it is my fault that i didnt wait long enough. he never got back on after "Switching to his other account". he then told me the reason was that his computer locked up. so i said it doesnt take 30 minutes to start your comp back up and get back on. then he said electricity went out cuase it was a rainy day. ok hold it right there, what did the rain short out your electricity? if so GET A NEW ELECTRICIAN! well then i said i waited for 30 minutes, but he stil said i didnt wait long enough. he didnt get back on for a week as my friends and i all had him on our friends list and one of us is always on. he said that he got on sometimes but never specified when. i was in all aspects extremely nice and respectful. when i asked if he thought it was ok to take someones money he either replied with its my fault that he cant sell it because the price dropped to 100k instead of 115k. i said 100k is a ton of money and taht 15k doesnt matter. as it is i spent 115k on that axe and im low on money. he said its my fault for not being patient and not waiting for him. he wanted to sell me the axe still for the same price. i todl him i already had it. i then asked him again if he thought takign 15k was right, he said it was resonable. he then said hed "think" about giving me back the 15k that he took from my brother. well i was about to start cussing him out so i politely said i had to go and said id be on later for his answer and i got off. what should i do? i dont have screenshots so i cant turn him in. what should i do? my brother is to talk to him tonite cause i will snap on him. so i dont know what to do but any help would be nice.

I googled parkinsons disease, and found out a bit about it. What scares me is that it says that your hands shake most, and when i shake it does seem that my hands shake most.... eek im scared.
