I read about this, but I also just read a Stephen King book called Gerald's Game, and in that book there's a scene at the time of an eclipse that's yucky, so I don't like eclipses anymore.

I saw my first one in 2000 aswell.I used these cheap-home made glasses my cousin made for me-they worked
Really interesting...my mother owns a villa in Turkey and is going over soon... too bad the eclipse wasn't then

I was sat on my cousins shed..was like 20 of us.Still can't believe the roof held in

Who needs a solar lunar eclipse when you live in Canada? We have enough clouds to block out any hope of sunshine for weeks...
I have never seen a solar lunar eclipse live, but I remember seeing one on tv once, pretty cool.

I have seen a couple of those, one or two i think, didnt see this one though the videos are sweet. Ya you always have to wear the glasses or your eyes are burned out.

I saw one a while ago, when i was liek 10 or 11 i think. The stores sold these weird glasses so u could look directly at it without hurting ur eyes (apparently it still can hurt ur eyes, no clue how tho).
