Guys, in almost every thread I hear that it MUST be a 12 year old guy who screwes the game.
I mean, I am 15 years old, so I guess you see me as one of those '12 year old ppl'.

Ofcourse there are those kids who ruin the game, but I bet there are also a lot of 'grown up' ppl who screw someone else his game.

So pls stop saying when someone puts a topic about ppl screwing the game;

This must be a 12 year old guy

It is really irritating to see '12 year old ppl' being blamed of every bad thing in game.

Cause I know most of them wont mean ppl who are precisely 12 year old. They just mean kids I think, and yeah I am still a kid

And still, its irritating to see ppl blame all on the 12 year olds, instead of looking at other ages. Like a 'grown-up'.

well i dont no if this happens or not, but take out all the 12 yr ods in the game, ull be removing around 1/3 of the community.... and even after that therell be others that fck up the game

Well, there are 12 year olds and those who act like they're 12. If the player actually is 12, but is a team player who acts reasonably mature, they'll probably never hear such a thing directed towards themselves.

If you

- are generally friendly
- don't call other people names, either in PvE or PvP
- don't post crap in "1337 sp34k" or "ALL CAPS LANGUAGE"
- don't grief other people
- don't use excessive swear words
- don't play like Leroy Jenkins

nobody will ever care about your age. The problem is that a great number of kids out there do some or all of these things above. Don't get me wrong, adults do this crap, too - but from my experience it's more common among the younger gamers. Which is probably why often people will asssume that someone who ACTS immature actually IS immature.

Oh, and Unien beat me to what I was going to say. I played online for quite a bit, and nobody ever questioned how old I was. When someone complained about an idiot kid, I just ignored it because it wasn't me.

As far as I am concerned "kids" arent ruining GW. Stupid lazy people maybe, but not just "kids". Whoever said it was right, people don't care about age, its all about behavior.

That having been said, GW is better during hours when school is in session, as is any MMO.

There can be as many noobs playing GW over thirty as there is under fifteen, but what I do tend to notice is that younger players tend to spam a lot more. OK I understand that you are attacking the stone summit ranger and that you are lvl 20 and 46% of the way towards your next skill point, but you dont have to tell people 15 times or more....:P
