It's Peter the Phoenix from Shining Force II. If anyone here likes Final Fantasy Tactics or tactical games like it I recommend that they download Shining Force I and II for the Genesis. You can find emulators for it and they're honestly the most overlooked games ever in my opinion.

7 I would play Shining Force if I owned one of the systems it was on. I wish I had kept my Sega Saturn and just got the import Shining Force for it. (I hear that one is the best)

Download an emulator like KGen and the ROMS for Shining Force 1 and 2. The one for the Saturn was supposed to be good but it was only 1/3 of the storyline, so I didn't bother buying a Saturn for it. 1 is really good, but 2 is where the series shined... |
