Default Comparing HA to Football (soccer for americans)
With the World Cup currently on and all, I couldn't help but compare balanced groups in HA to football teams.

Lets take our regular balanced group. 2 Shock wars, 2 mesmers, 1 warder, 3 monks.

Shock warriors = strikers
Mesmers = left and right midfielders
Warder = central midfielder
Prot and Woh monks = defenders
Sb/Infuse = goalkeeper

with the exception that HA doesnt > and doesnt produce nearly infinate amounts of money to fuel such entertainment perpetually.

The worst that can happen in HA is that your called a noob.

Football->HA idea also works with Dual Smite :P

Order necro = goal keeper
R/mo = defender
Taint necro = defender
Trapper = central midfield
IWAY wars = strikers

so its a 4-1-2 formation which is used by Brazil to win the 2002 world cup.

Hmmm...I guess it does compare in some ways...everyone hates assassins yet wants the great ones on their team. The same can be said for a lot of countries participating in the world cup. The people are racists and have the gall to spit on black players and call them monkeys. Yeah, I'd say it really compares.../sarcasm

EDIT: These same people who spit love anyone who will help their club win, till it is time for the world cup. Then it is time to be disrespectful in as many ways as they can to the same guys. Making signs to take to games that say "(insert black players name) you are not (country)"

Yeah, think I'm done going on about that. Racism just really pisses me off.

It's exactly like football. Either you battle for hours and someone makes one mistake and then you lose 1-0, or you lose terribly because your tactics do not apply against one (1) gimmick team out of hundreds. Most likely you lose or win 1-0. 2-0 is rare. 3-0 is impossible. Football is more boring than HA though.

Yes, warriors run from target to target, bouncing back and forth and never really accomplishing anything else than being pushed around and being ran away from.

Football(the one with the quarterback) is called American Football everywhere besides America.

Fact: Football/Soccer is the world's most popular sport.

The U.S seems to be so insular that you don't realise that no one else really likes the NFL(no offence to the yanks, they're nice people). Not only is ''soccer'' many times more poular than American football; it also primarily invoves the use of the FEET, so I think football is more apt name..

Yep. There is no other country in the world that plays NFL except America. However every single nation in the world plays soccer aka football. And football's primary meaning is for soccer (foot + ball get it?).
