Besides the obvious questions of “what the hell do they feed that kid” and “where do I get that brand of fiber” are the more obscure ones.

Like is this for real?

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes won’t show off their baby but yet will have their kid’s poop bronzed then Ebayed for charity no less. March of Dimes, are you hurting that bad? Change your name, people don’t value the worth of a dime anymore, is it any wonder you need to take on this proceed?

But back on point. People get their baby’s first shoes, not their first movement immortalized for all time. And they keep it too. Of course, I could see why they would want to auction it off, it would save the child a future of embarrasment. Frankly, as an adult who has a parent who still holds my ‘naked in the shower bathing as a child’ pictures hostage, whipping them out at the first opportunity to the new girlfriend, I can empathize. At least I only have a few pictures to worry about, not bronze poop.

And what about the gallery director, who had this to say about the whole thing: “A bronzed cast of baby's first poop can be a meaningful memento for the family”

Um ok. It just smells of fakeness. No pun intended.

Bidding is up to $43 dollars right now. Just goes to show the first poop from a celebrity’s kid is worth about as much as your kid’s bronzed shoes.

A co-worker had a theory today about this. She said that Tom Cruise was trying to get a dig in at Brad Pitt. Pitt and Jolie sell pics of their newborn, Cruise attempts to get more money from the sale of his kid's poop just to prove a point.

Yah, sounds weird, but put into the perspective of how wacky Tom has been over the last year, it really makes sense.

Funny thing is, TomKat doesn't even have to show off their kid, the very fact they don't keeps their name in the news. Look how much press a pile of poop generated. We're talking about it here for crying out loud lol.

Tom Cruise always plays tom cruise, even as lestat. In the book he was supposed to have depth, but cruise just butchered it to preserve his "cool". Pitt ended up kicking his ass anyways. The little girl ruined the whole thing.

Seriously, bronzed poop? Is that even legal?

I can just picture a 30 somethin' year old digging through a box containning his child memories and coming across a bronze statue of some kind. Not yet seeing the label, he thinks, "Did i do this in art class? If I squint it kinda looks like Abraham Lincoln" then he'll see "First poop" etched into it and he'll vomit in his mouth alittle.

Or even better his mom will keep it above the fire place and it will be the centerpiece on the dinner table when guests come over.

I think by 'bronzed' they mean a sculpture was carved into bronze based on the poop. Otherwise, how do you bronze a poop? Ewwwwww
