Need YOUR idea
If you were to sell coffee at point A, but the place where you make coffee is at point B and is a 10 minute walk from point A, how would you make the transfer as cheap and as fast as possible?

Make your customer walk over to point B. Give them a coupon and then they do all the walking :P It's free and they want their coffee so they probably won't waste time getting it, and the people making it have 10 minutes to do so and the customer won't be standing (at A) there making a queue and tapping their foot and looking at their watch.
