Concept Class : The Drug Lord (this is a JOKE)
The drug lord is a being who has immense power over drugs.
New Concepts
Drug Spell - basically an enchantment, but you gain a benefit from casting these on enemies or allies. you lose health, however, when you take drugs yourself.
High - Condition. You have a 25% chance to miss with an attack and have a 25% chance to get knocked down with each attack.
Withdrawal - Condition. You suffer from -2 health degeneration.
Overdose - whenever you cast a drug spell more than 3 times in a row, you lose 17% maximum health.
Weapons and Foci
The drug dealer specializes in using hypodermic needles, bongs, and blunts as weapons. bongs have half the normal range of a wand, and are two handed. needles are close range, with a focus. blunts are wand range, with a focus.
Foci are rolling machines (tied to rolling mastery).
Attributes
Dealin' - for each rank of dealin', you gain 3.5 health and 1 energy whenever you cast a drug spell on another ally or enemy.
Rolling Mastery - no inherent effect. many skills, especially those tied to preparing drugs, become more effective with rolling mastery.
Bong Mastery - no inherent effect. many skills, especially those tied to taking or administering drugs, become more effective with bong mastery.
Needle Mastery - no inherent effect. many skills, especially especially those tied to fighting with needles and dealing damage, become more effective with needle mastery.

Rolling Mastery

Enchantment Spell. For 10 seconds, your bong mastery and rolling mastery attributes are boosted by 1, but you gain half the benefit from dealin'.
(50% chance of failure with Rolling Mastery 4 or less.)
Fill the Needle-10e,2c,20r
Preparation. For 10 seconds, you deal +4...8 damage with your needle attacks.
Chop-5e,1c,25r
Preparation. For 15 seconds, whenever you administer a drug to an ally or yourself, you gain 20...40 health and 2...4 energy.
Bong Mastery
LSD-5e,1c
Drug Spell. If cast on an ally, for 10 seconds, target ally has +50...150 maximum health. If cast on an enemy, for 5...15 seconds, target foe takes twice as much damage, but gains 10 energy whenever taking damage in this way. When LSD ends, target foe gains 50...30 health for each point of energy they gained in this way.
Marijuana-10e,1c
Elite Drug Spell. If cast on an ally, for 10 seconds, target ally deals 25% more damage in melee and attacks 5% slower. They cast spells 30% faster. If cast on an enemy, they attack 20% slower and deal 20% less damage from their weapon. They cast spells 25% slower.
