Abbadon lacks any self heal and the lich is just out of question. That leaves Varesh and Shiro. And Varesh is nothing but a joke without her buddies though that one hex of her whereas the target loses 20% health might be tough. But then again, shiro possesses powerful selfhealing abilities.
Now i'd like to add another bossmob. He doesn't belong to the story itself but is imho even tougher than Shiro. The acolyte of Balthazar. More powerful selfhealing, more damage. Just a plain evil killer.
Players need to resort to blind him or bring Prot Spirit to have a chance on killing him. Neither of the bosses possesses the ability to do so. So in the end:
Acolyte > Shiro > Abbadon > Varesh > Everything else > Lich

I would have to say Shiro. He is just to powerful and like Amity metioned, has some wicked self heals. The lich was a push over. He could transport you away and have his mursaats come get you but that was about it. Shiro could also transport you away but he could kick your butt all over the floor. Abbadon doesnt have self heals as metioned before and Varesh is anoter push over.

Question: If Shiro has such good self heals and all he is a "jumped up Canthan bodyguard" why on earth can't a GOD heal himself?

Gwen is the ultimate boss in Guild Wars. I mean she is cute and deadly at the same time. Kind of like a cuddly rabbit when they're hungry!

Shiro is cheap whenever he use that skill.. forgot the name of it! Not to mention teleporting one of your party memeber out the battle zone!
