I'm assuming they were original concept art for the Guild Wars characters? I think the women is supposed to be a female warrior.

This is concept art form Prophecies, before the days even of Devona and the gang, when Gw was more like WoW. I would guess and say she was the original Elementalist in gw, long before Cynn

It's the concept art from Prophesies. That's the image they used in a lot of early ads and articles about the game. I think it was even on one of the early boxes?

There have been a few threads asking the same thing. I think most believed she was a concept of an ele or Dwayna.
