Hi guys im quite new to guildwars and im seeing people with these minipets.
Im starting to like them more and more but i dont have the cash for them.Can some1 pls give me 1 so i can start with my collection.

you should try to buy a minpig, they are cheap and easy to find. Someone in your guild prolly has one to give away

You should probably get a mini-peg...yea. The 2nd year mini's would cost too much for a "New" player/noob. Mini-pig's go for 5k..

If you're in NA, see if you can get your hands on the May issue of PC Gamer magazine... it included a code for a mini Asura. If you can't find one on the stands (and you probably won't at this point), try contacting them about back-issues. From their FAQ:

There are in-game ways of aquiring minis, though those mostly hinge on high-end missions. Look up "minipet" on guildwiki.org for the whole "scoop".

Also, buying the Collectors Edition of Factions and/or Nightfall will give you a mini (in addition to exclusive char dances, & pins & posters & stuff that are pretty nifty in the real world ;D ).

Of course, the easy way (if you don't want to save up & buy from other players) is to just sit tight & wait 'till another holiday that offers minis (like the mini pig during this past Canthan New Year), or wait for your character's "birthday" (every char gets a mini on the anniversary of their creation).
