I'd be Mr. Nobody.

He's the best super villian ever created, I think. He had the power to drain people's sanity, although he himself had gone completely nuts, forming the Brotherhood of Dada and then finding a painting that when activated, ate Paris.

I'd hafta go with Id as well, there's a certain appeal to being able to single handedly wipe out pretty much anything you run across just cuz you don't like it
