Whoa I didn't even know there was a Warhammer game.
I looked at http://www.warhammeronline.com/english/home/index.php and just from the front page it looks exactly like WoW (Just because of Elves+Orks etc.)
I'm normally a fan of warhammer but I don't think i'll be getting this.

Warhammer Online wont have any levels in it, as you get stronger things get added to your character like bones in the beard of a dwarve and stuff like that, so I have no idea how pvp will work in it.

Another idiot saying a game is like WoW because of Elves+Orks etc., Warhammer came out long before Warcraft, a quick search on Barns and Nobles web page shows this book that was published in 1991. Blizzard did nothing new with Warcraft, period.

You know that should be the other way around right? Warhammer was wayyyyy before Warcraft. And even so, the idea of Elves and Orcs etc, was based on Tolkien's novels, which he based parts on Norse mythology. Facts before assumptions. WoW just copied everyone else.

From what is out there, the mechanics will be very close to Dark Age of Camelot, the developer's previous MMO release.
World PvP with territory grabbing. The problem with DAoC was lag, since tens (hundreds?) of players would be in the same region at the same time killing each other.
Hopefully technology has moved on so that lag can be reduced, DAoC was pretty good, and highly rated.

Then check your facts. Wow is primaly based on PVE,where War will be 99% be based on PvP and RvR.and from what i heard War won't be a gear dependable as wow.I will surely check this out.

This is not a WoW clone. It's the same as DAoC (Mythic's first MMOG and existed way before WoW), but much more enhanced. Still has an RvR focus now mixed with Warhammer's concept. Graphics...not going to be cartoon-like as WoW, still DAoC only more updated.
DAoC
WAR
Warcraft is actually inspired by the Warhammer franchise which been has around for 25 years now, maybe that is why you see some similarities in the look. I suggest reading more about WAR and read up on the company who's making the game. Though I wish people review new games individually without having to bring in WoW every time to compare, it's just stupid.

EA is the Parent Company...Mythic is the Developer which if I remember correctly is pretty good about updates.

Anyone who's played a Blizzard game knows they borrow heavily from Warhammer. The tabletop Warhammer Fantasy Battles was first published in 1983. (Blizzard's Warcraft: Orcs and Humans was released in 1994).
For example, both Warcraft III and Warhammer have Dwarven Riflemen, Gyrocopters and Steam Tanks. As these are not "common" fantasy elements, I have to wonder: coincidence?
Wyvern Riders and Gyphen Riders have been around forever, so I really can't take issue with that. But if you've played Warhammer table-top, there's no doubt you'll find the Warcraft world very familiar.
Then there's Starcraft. Hmm, Space Marines in power armor. Where have I seen that before? Oh, yes, in Warhammer 40k. Zerg are pretty much Tyranids. And although the Protoss are a pretty unique race, there's little doubt that the Eldar (or Space Elves) were a source of inspiration at least.
Not that there's anything wrong with this, imitation is the best form of flattery. But it does get on my nerves when people think that Blizzard created all this stuff from the ether.

No way dude, The TAU look more like the protoss, though they came out after, the phase blades and other stuff are def Eldar though.
Maybe not the armor or weapons but the aliens beneath it are very similar.
