Games: Never. Besides SC and GW, I don't play video/comp games.

Forums: Here, 2x. Wikipedia, at least 20 times for vandalism. I'm about to get a 4th banning on Guild Wars Wiki after they see what happens when you click on a certain notable individual's name. It'll be amazing though. Another poster here on guru and I spent like an hour doing it. It'll be epic though.

The Catholic Church: I wrote a special thesis 3 years ago, submitted it to the Vatican, and received a plaque that very officially explains that I have been excommunicated. It's framed in my room, never seen another one.

This is the only forum I've been banned from. Some of the mods don't like critical words for the devs, although other mods say similar things too.

As a nice touch, the mods erase my saved threads with that ban. Nice touch, guys. Classy.

iirc, ive been banned from gwg once for early bumping a sell thread.

games:
i was banned from a cs:s server once because the admins thought i was hacking.

HALO PC -- they thought i was hacking since I all I used was the Pistol and I was used to playing No Shields, so getting head shots on the run while strafing and what not came pretty easy after a while.

other than that nothing I can remember.

I got banned from a game (which I won't bother mentioning >.>) because It was a very.. uhm.. antihack-lacking game.. and my friend knew how to 'hack' into the server and become a GM and all that jazz.. so s/he gave me some ridiculous stats/character/items and sadly I got caught (hahaha?) and got "banned" which was totally stupid because it was a IP ban.. Like I can't change that.. and of course IP banned caused them to ban me from their website/forum as well.. but yanno.. a quick proxy can fix all that.. xD
This was about 4 years ago.. the game is still alive with some antihack programs working with it.. but a game is never 100% hackproof

I still have the account.. with quite a bit of money and pretty items.. I just don't wish to p2p for it.. >.>

only been banned from runescape cuz i ran a hardcore bot business that sold off lvl 100 botted accounts (LOL free game wit no pay to create account = win)
