Dustwallow Marsh has been entirely revamped for that exact level range.

But I've found the nastiest to be in the forties, roughly 45-48. But things do go by a lot quicker with the leveling change, so much that the quest circuits I used to go on end up with most of them green too soon : O Dunno if I should complain or be happy.
