I am not in college. So I don't get no credit hours.

No. I have now made sure that I do studying > friends/family > video games. If I have an opportunity for studying I will do it instead of being around family, friends, or video games. If my friends/family offer to do something, I'll get up from that console and go do whatever it is and try to enjoy it.
