The magnetic force of the polls ? hmm that anything that's been overdue for 600 000 years (like a lot things...).
But on this one Cosy is right, but I've heard that it's perfectly normal and that in an area of the pacific (west of Australia if I remember correctly) the magnetic forces are changing of direction.

actually the north pole is supposed to shift all the way down to mongolia (you know where that is azzer????) before they flip.
Yes the poles have flipped lots of times in the history of our planet...anyone wants a geology lesson I will give one (its what I get for marrying a geologist!).

Yes i know where Mongolia is, though all geography is self learned, so sometimes i'm wrong ofcourse
well, boohoo, shit happens, nothing to do about it,
and yeah, Europe was once like Africa is now, but i don't care about the "global warming" as they make it much much much much much much much more than it really is.

I'd probably be getting ready for my B-day (lol) and wondering why I'm playing GW and not GW2! Or playing on my Xbox 720 that will probably still have the red ring of death issue. But hey, this has happened a lot in the past. People see that a sign from the Bible has been fulfilled or a civilization's calender has ended and they jump to conclusions. My friend's mother already believes 110% that the world is going to end at 2012 because "that's when their calender ends". Yep this world is populated by morons. Hell! Nobody needs proof! I imagine if any random person was to lay a time capsule in the ground, with a posted in it that says "lulz wordl end in 2085", that somehow everyone will come to believe it as truth.
And for the record. Nobody knows the future, and if they claim to have "predicted" it. Do me a favor and smack them upside the head, and let them know the future has yet to exist.
Never assume...

Mayans were quite competitive and used to play a special ballgame called Pitz. As many PvPers of today, they became weary of the changes to the game rules (we aim to focus on changes that will not impact PvE play at all). Epic wining ensued, and some of the most prominent PvPers predicted the day of the ultimate nerf that would tarnish PvP forever and destroy the world itself. This day is December 12, 2012. Fear not, for there is a safe place. It is Central Kentucky according to Lawrence E. Joseph.

Didn't they predict something like "2 big iron birds flying into 2 big towers" or something? Atleast that's what I heard.
And guess on what date THEY thought it would happen?
Maya's are weird.

I think you're thinking of Nostradamus. But I'm sleepy so who knows.
The Mayan didn't say the world would end exactly, more like there will be a great change or something. Sorry, haven't had me coffee yet, can't get my foggy brain to cough the exact translation. More along the lines of we'll change as people. Cosy may be onto something with the pole shift, also, looked at Antarctica lately?

Animals die, people die. Life is only half the cycle, and worrying about death is a waste of life. If the world ends 2012, and we are actually told before-hand, I'd spend as much of my remaining time doing what I want with who I wanted too. If that was playing GW with a few friends, I'd do it. If it was spending it with family, college friends, work friends, whatever.
This is assuming we'd ever be told. The government would likely keep it hush-hush, not wanting to spark mass-rioting and looting/raping/murdering.

I expect this how the world will end:
Late 2009-scientists figure how to easily train monkeys to serve humans.
2010-Monkey butlers are now all the rage. Humans spend more time playing MMO's instead of doing dishes.
2012-Monkeys tired of not being able to play MMOs stage a revolt and overthrow the humans.
DAMN YOU DIRTY APES!
But that's just me.

I watched most of the history channel show on it. Theres no doubt theres going to be change in or around 2012 because of the oil crisis and what not.
If the world DOES end which is highly unlikely because the mayans said there would be CHANGE, I guess it ends. In the meantime, have as much sex as possible. Jump out of as many planes with a parachute as well.
