this is partly the reason for EAs move on Bioware.

The thing about KOTOR is, it's set in a time when the Jedi and Sith are pretty much everywhere. So it'll make sense if some of the starting classes are 3 of the Jedi classes from the 2 old Kotor games.
SWG messed up this completely, the only 2 Jedi that should be in the game are the bad guy and one of his kid (since the girl was never trained). |

Im still sticking to what I thought 2 weeks ago, the MMO will not be part of the KOTOR series.
Give me someone from bioware saying straight up: "KOTOR 3 will be a Massively Multiplayer Online RPG". |

It can be pulled off, but no matter what the story rich environment will be much more watered down then the single player experience. You can only script so much in an MMO, before you start making it too linear.

hmm
so I bought KOTOR too long ago to remember when played on it for a while, got stuck so i bailed on the game. I would like to see this as a MMO though ..  seems a good idea to me |

If it's Bioware, I'm not worried. I just hope they will make both Dragon Age AND KotORO (KotOR Online ;d) great.

Yuk, I do hope that KOTOR 3 is not KOTOR online. Well if it turns out to be, then I guess the player will assume the role of new generation of Jedi or Republic Soldier. Send to the edge of the galaxy to help Raven and the Exile fight off the truth Sith.

That's something I didn't like about Kotor 2, it basically stole the prequal theme in the let's destroy all the jedis thing.
Anyways I assume in Kotor OL everyone will be a jedi, right? |
