What are you trying to accomplish? I don't see how this shuts down anything... Do you mean shutting down a Paragon through VM? I'm just not seeing the direction of this build. Can't comment w/o knowing what it's supposed to do.

Way, way too situational. Just stick to the standard Degen and fun.

wtf, you listed Blood of the Aggressor in the description as a spike starter but it's not listed in the skillbar. Other than that, this whole thing relies on the opponent having enchantments, which is pretty much niched to Dervishes and as Hella pointed out the Paragorn.

Ok well I borked up the description so thats no help. (both in calling it a shutdown and the usage section)
But it can deal large ammounts of dmg against enchantment users, shouts are shutdown and attacks are slowed by 50%.
When a dead body is arround Signet of Sorrow becomes deadly.
I gess it's not good enough though if you geys dislike it. Any more comments?

Simply slowing down melee attackers isn't really shutdown... Put Empathy and Insidious Parasite in there and you're seriously bugging the warriors. A snare isn't too bad either.

Yes, I realise my mistake in the tital as shown in the post before yours.
But I do think that cutting the efficiency of a mele foe by half is better than Empathy. Insidious Parasite is nice but I have just seen the skill Enfeebling Blood which will work wonders when joined with Shadow of Fear.

Cutting down attacks by 50% (by slowing them down by 50%) is not as effective as SS or Empathy.
Cutting down attacks efficiently would be using blindness. Necromancers and Mesmers wouldn't be affected by your build at all.
As others have said, very conditional. I anticipate that when NF comes out, you think everyone will have a Dervish or Paragon and start using shouts and enchantments. Not unreasonable to assume that, but then again, not everyone will just load up on shouts and enchantments without other skills too.
