Well black holes release energy, also known as Hawking Radiation.

If energy is released in the form of radiation, it means mass is lost in the process also. When a black hole dies, scientists think that it will just explode in the form of gamma radiation.

Well a black hole can't be created in the LHC. They don't have enough energy to do it.
