Brian Eno is doing the procgen'd music.
That's enough to make me want the game.

I have a Radeon 9800 pro and I am no getting highlights or shadows.
Is anyone else having that too?
Is my card so old that shadows and lighting stopped supporting it?
Next thing I know it won't be able to render wheels and then fire.

I just did the EA test and it said my graphics card supports the shaders.
I think the creator needs a patch as my graphics settings don't change anything visually. Everything looks like it's only lit with ambient lighting.

Can't wait for spore - I think its gonna be big. Creature creator is fun (i bought it) but its nothing like the whole game will be, because the way your creature is be designed will need to be somewhat dependent on utility.

oh and i hope they make the animated avatar function better, as of now it gives you a tiny very pixelated blury "creature" moving in the avatar lol, i can't make better ones than that.
RedFeathers i hope your issue is resolve, but i don't know how to help further other then posting a help page lol

The full-version of the creature creator basically gets you the complete set of parts and colour options. I've been registered for Spore since forever, and gave in and bought the CC yesterday. If I were at my own computer right now, I'd be playing with the SCC instead of trolling/lurking forums.
It's sort of like the "Create a Family" section of The Sims 2, except with extraterrestrials instead of humans. :P
