It is of my understanding that Chinese players used to use specially funded private servers to be able to get access to Anet servers due to the blocks on the mainland Chinas side.
Have you tried this? Do this private servers still exist? Also can you be clear as to whether the block is directly from Anet on your account, directly from Anet on all Chinese IPs, or your ISP on outgoing to specific foreign servers? It's hard to tell if you're blocked because you did something wrong, or due to something from outside sources that you have no part of. |
