Ok, so I've realized why my throat was all scratchy and sore.

Turns out that I caught a cold, exactly right after I got over that sore throat... about 5 people in my precalculus class had a cold or something and they must have passed it to me.

Speaking of precalculus, this course is really giving me one hell of a mental meltdown... I spent about 4 hours total on homework, and now my brain is fried. A few minutes ago I was listening to that Caramelldansen song over and over again...

Precalc isn't worth it Taur. It's just stupid requirement, since you're not going to use it in your field anyway.

Are you going to be an engineer? Then you should have to take precal. Otherwise, not so much.

And don't worry, most people only figure out what they want to do when they're too old, or have no money, to do it.

still no idea what I want to do when I get older...and no money either so I guess I fit into katsumis logic there

well lets see how long I get to stay logged on before I get kicked this time...

not much going on today so did a lot of gw---got my ranger to torment and a green drop....my monk capped a few more and drank lots of grog while eating pumpkin cookies (working on 3 titles).

math meh---I took only the required amount to get out..in high school it was 2 years, and seeing as I skipped my freshman year (they repeated the book I had used in junior high ...and I really didnt feel like doing it again...so I passed out of it)..had to take geometry and then algebra 2--bleh aka junior math..
not required for my college degree

gotta put the finishing touches on my packing tomorrow...plane leave early on monday

Math is bad. Science is win.

I actually played GW today! oO And finished Terrorist Hunt on Realistic for R6V2 with a friend today. That was fun. Vanquished 2 zones in GW today. Makes my warrior 44/54 in Tyria.

Slowly but surely getting there.

Well SMS is sort of back in action. I am back in it and have my officer position back so I can start inviting people who want to get back in to SMS.

Yeah well, my precalculus book is throwing us some calculus stuff, and my professor keeps giving us trick questions. Precalc is harder than calc when your course is rigged.

argh math or science....neither have I done in what almost 20 years.....my 20 year college reunion is next month....still deciding if I really want to go to it or not I mean I am unemployed and my college degree means about as much as a piece of toliet paper to most employers right now---unemployment is really high and I didnt get a my degree in anything medical so there are like almost NO jobs even if I were to look seriously. So why would I want to go back to the place it all started??? I havent really contacted any of my 'classmates' heck I didnt even communicate with them when I was there (usually hung out with the class infront of me or 2 years older than me)....

not much to show for being out of college for 20 years....libreal arts degree is highly over rated.

finished packing, did I mention I really HATE flying??? my stomach really hates flying and its been thinking about it all day...oh well its a short plane flight so it shouldnt be that bad right?

play some gw for me while I am gone!

I have had insane pressure in my left ear for over an hour and it's driving me mad...

I can hardly hear anything, the pressure is so bad that I can smell/taste it, and I've tried everything I know to get rid of it... even pouring water down my ear.

How do I get rid of the pressure, short of stabbing myself in the ear with chopsticks or something?

chewing gum sometimes helps....I had a similar problem after one of my trips to japan...had a cold before I left and my head was so stuffed up I couldnt hear anything....if you are near a place with an elevator take a few rides to the top floor and back---otherwise you might just have to try some weird head positions (lie on bed and put your head towards the floor...on your stomach or back...on your side etc)...if it persists see a doctor.

I'm nowhere near a place with an elevator, but the college I attend has this crazy elevator that makes you dizzy just by taking it. The only catch is that this particular college is about an hour away... -_-

well, if its spreading from one year to the other it might well be an infection behind the ear drum, or you could have a nasty flu coming up soom.

i would say wait an other 12-24h, and if it gets worst, go see your doctor.

See a doctor is your best bet. You might damage your ear more with home made remedies.

Trips are fun, but if you don't like flying they aren't as much fun.

Thanks to you Pwnd, I learned a new word : Humbug xD. But I'm really happy about going back to school ^^.

Btw : I may be the most sarcastic/crazy person that you will ever met, but I'm not at all sarcastic on internet (don't like to use sarcasm while writing xD).

I can't stand being in a plane for too long (ie : more than 1 hour)...because I don't like to sit down and it's boring...so I don't think that I'll go soon to France (21 hours flight with a stop in the USA), but that's not a big lost xD.

You know what's worst than Math ? French (or English, depends where you are from)...I mean, how the hell do you know that the guy thought when he painted that ? Did he write somewhere that it was his GF ? Maybe he painted that because he had nothing better to do...
