Hiya Monty. I was just thinking the same thing.

So my college's basketball team lost last night 111-110 in 2OT... quite sad because then we could of gotten 4th in the confrence. Our softball team (whom which my friends gf plays for) beat #5 Northwestern (ESPN poll) but are now losing to Kansas 4-1 in the 2nd... quite sad tbh...

Pro sports=Steriods and ego maniacs. I think the game is lost once it hits the professional level. Suddenly they are playing for money instead of the love for the game. That is why college sports are so good. These kids are playing just for the love, not for money.

why??? my sister used to watch tennis (Bjorn Borg, John McEnroe days).
When I was in school I was in the band and had to sit thru the horrible high school football (our team lost EVERY game in the four years I was there) and our winning basketball team (went to state twice won once)...then to college where our football team didnt lose a game in 5 years (YAWWWN!) and the basketball was a joke....
tried watching other sports but they just bore me to death (golf anyone??? oh he just walked to the ruff, lets see if in the next 10 minutes he decides which club to use and, nope he ---lets go to commercial---ZZZzzzz).

sports is boring.

Tennis is awesome, but I'm not into college tennis, just not a good enough quality level. Golf isn't a sport. My high school basketball and football teams were good, football was decent each year and Basketball won regionals if not sectionals each year. No football at my college but an outstanding soccer program (elite 8 this year

) basketball is pretty good, 5th in the MVC. Watch more college basketball then, much more exiciting.

Like UNC getting a 28 point swing to come from 18 down to win by 10. Or Duke (>.<) winning by 1 after being down the whole game. Great games.

I can only really stand to watch football on TV. Basketball I guess if I try hard enough I can watch it. Baseball... if I'm not there at the game I won't watch it. It moves too slow for me. I don't normally watch college sports but once the season starts up again, I'm gonna watch college football along with the NFL (go Packers).

but there is so much better things to be doing than watching other people get paid too much money to exercise in front of me.
