To me it was a dumb release date, everyone was playing and talking about warhammer online, and then bang almost 2 months later wotlk comes out, which included that crazy Arthas,whom for some reason or the other blizzfans piss themselves over, and everyone forgets about WAR, including myself. IMO Mythic should of released Warhammer 2 months after wolk as opposed to what actually happened. Thoughts? ( I know this is a bit late but it has been bothering me for the last 5 months)

fowlero Jungle Guide Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: England, UK Guild: We Are The One And Only [rR]	Well had they released it after WotLK then nearly none of the previously bored WoW players (which made up the majority of the players i met, along with age of conan fall outs) would even have bothered to try it out for the month or two before WotLK was released. Releasing it as WoW got hyped up a bit again, yet while WoW veterans were very bored gave them plenty of players to hit the game hard on release. They wouldn't have gotten interest from a large number of these players imo if they'd released it after WotLK They just didn't pull it off as the game wasn't complete or very good at release, with the lack of 4 classes (i played dark elf and no tank class = shit PQ's), bad game performance on midlevel systems, scenarios never popping/small servers and servers completely crashing in the big t3/t4 scenarios. If they've fixed most of that i'd imagine it's pretty good now though.
