Anyone from NY (Pennsylvania) here?
I've got a friend that's going over to visit some relatives in the summer! I'm (or she, really) is wondering about whether you can buy liquor from regular stores or from liquor stores only? Does all the states have the same rules regarding this?
How much does a bottle of whisky cost in general? Thanks for any replies ^_^ |

In the US 21 and under = no booze, in every state.

Alright, thanks! It's about the same as in norway then. I guess you like tax-free shops as well ^^ She was just thinking about having a bottle and go out for a night.
