I agree with RedNova88 and everyone that the costs are going to be probably based on a monthly bill of $500 or $50 per game.

Right now, I am taking managerial accounting which allows me to understand where costs are coming from. From what I hear about onLive is that they will have to figure out an inexpensive way to get the games to everyone who wants a brand new release in the nick of time. They would also have to provide connections to everyone's onlive console. Technically, they would have to set a cost for them and sell it for 30% or more to customers to make a decent profit for the first year. If they are successful in selling the service to more than a million people they will decrease the subscription price.

I am talking about setting all those variable, fixed, traceable expenses into unit cost which they will have a hard time to figure out and in a side note Nortel went bankrupt for not figuring that out.

No; but monthly bandwidth allowance(usage) and delivery/speed of it are...

The biggest feat Onlive would have to overcome is the above. Realistically even if everything they claim works, they have no control over the big boys(ISP's) where all of them are pushing or have already placed UBB (usage based billing), or even ComCast with it's limiting connection speed if users place strain on nodes for x amount of minutes.

For what they claim, using about a 5mb internet connection for dsl at least you'd be able to obtain about 500KB/s relating to about a 4mb connection because of overhead. Anyways for 2 hours of game play streaming using OnLive to obtain their HD stream 720p you'd consume 3.4gig of bandwidth. If you were to play 2 hours daily for the month, figure out the feat they have no control over. 24gigs a week playing only 14 hours, 4 more weeks left in the month guys, you'd easily hit your bandwidth cap and probably in cure overusage fees that will make your wallet scream. 90gigs+ a month and you haven't even read your email yet, let alone not being able to use your connection for anything else during your Onlive experience

We still don't even know the costs directly related to Onlive itself.

I'd say the thing will flop for this one reason alone, it most likely just fill a niche market, even if that. Anyone who can afford to pay for a real good internet connection with unlimited or 200+gb a month bandwidth will have the cash for a Computer upgrade annually to play the best games anyways.
