Allow self-target, reduce targeted heal to the same range as the additional heal, increase recharge to 10s.

Energy cost to 10, cast time to 1, recharge to 5, Change functionality to "Spell. For two seconds, the entire party is healed for 15...33...38 each second. Party members receive double the Divine Favor bonus." Also, it now gives a Divine Favor bonus for each heal burst (inb4 "2*0 is still 0").

Bow attack: Interrupts a skill. If interrupted skill was a spell, target foe is dazed for 3..10 seonds. Deals only 1...10 damage.

Now that the recharge has been changed to 5 I think it's fine. It was a useless skill at the time but I really miss the interrupt prep

Add: and activating skills.

So that not only does it take twice as long to build adrenaline, the skill would also take twice as long to be activated.

Now, lets balance the skill that the latter poster failed to acknowledge.
