1...8...10 spirit, 15...39...45 seconds, knockdowns increased by 1 second, max 4 seconds.

Not sure about that one.

20 recharge
For 1..30seconds your bow attacks do 1..8 more damage.
Really hard to figure that one out,any way you look at it an elite signet for a ranger is bad,either has to be way over powered or just an okay elite.

just make recharge 10s and put it on a 55hp munk...

reduce casting time (or completely remove) and make it normal ranged instead of half ranged.. (although if it was a dagger mastery skill it would be used more widely)

Its a fairly balanced skill...not that op'd but its still useful for what it does,could change it to 5e 15r,but thats all it really could use/needs.

Seems kinda weak to me so keep it at the same stats except make it heal for 15..20..25health for each condition transferred.
