As much as people whine about the US and how we do things, they would whine far louder should we decide to internalize and stop with our massive importing, giving of humanitarian aid, research, space program, defending allies in massive world wars, and everything else the evil US also does.
Though I must admit. I agree with one thing. Barack Obama is the worst thing to ever happen to the United States.

I thought that Obama was doing quite well, and you would have been a lot worse off if you had elected Mccain and Palin.
The country is broke because of Bush. You elected a nutcase for a president and he ruined your country. At leasts this time around you picked a far better president.

Big tree is easy to catch breeze/wind << hope you understand, its a Chinese idiom/proverb/saying. meaning the bigger you get the more criticism you are going to attract coming your way. (in this case) other instant, you parade your wealth around, if you get rob,>
Why do you get worked up by some anonymous person/unknown named person talking about your country? Its just silly, if that is the case, China will have no resident left, they would have all left since they get lots of criticism over a long period of time. And I don't want to even comment on my government, dare not actually, gods knows who's watching my ip at this moment, and zoom, masked man comes thru the ceiling and I shall disappear in an instant. lol
and seriously, look at the mutant puppy!

Scary thing about the Pravda article is that they hit close to home on quite a few issues. They have been there and done that. It is like someone telling you not to put your finger in that electrical socket it is going to hurt, they have done it and it sucked. Here we are not listening to the voice of experience, grabbing a fork and shoving it in the socket thinking that we will have a different outcome than everyone else.
