Looks really average and the character designs look like a group of twelve year-olds were told to draw "badass" looking characters.

Except they look realistic in comparison to other MMO character designs, and have more customization than any other game?

Aion has more character customization, and Champions Online has both character customization and outfit customization. And power customization, too.

So you can draw your own tattoos/body art in Aion? And change the colours etc of your mount?
If so then that gives me more reasons to pick up Aion
It looks like a pretty interesting game, I signed up for the betaa few weeks ago. Ill still be waiting till it comes out and reviews are done, as there are sure to be flaws of some kind, it just depends what they are.

It doesn't matter how many ways you design a character if they all end up looking like a bunch of action film rejects.
Camouflage is badass!

Yes, I'm a fanboy of one game I play in my leisure time and a fanboy of another game that I stopped liking in the Open Beta because of technical problems.
Troll moar Katsumi.
Still, from the looks of it, it IS like GTA: San Andreas. So it will appeal to 12-year olds listening to rap.
Hope not, because if it turns out to be a good game, I might try it out.

Ayup. Actually, the more customization a game has, the more likely it is someone will make a copy of already existing (and usually trademarked) character.
Guess how many Spider-men, X-Men, Batmen (;d) and Hulks I've seen during the few weeks I played CO. At least 5-10 of each.

I think its pretty cool to create them yourself (Slightly less obvious ones than the big superheores), but IIRC you can sell you car vinyl and tattoo designs. If that's true it could end up like Midnight Club: LA where people just buy others cars as they are to lazy/bad to create their own.

Only thing I want to know is are there sniper rifles and head shots in this game?
That would make my day....A "gang" walking down the street armed to the teeth....then "pop"
the leader is now headless.

I think so, the picture Zen Rgy posted has one. The chick with the botox face wearing half a pair of pants has one.
