So, is Pokémon still cool? Where did the coolness end?
What happened to awesome Pokémon like weedle or metapod?
They've already made Pokémon that inhabit alternate dimensions, they made Time & Space Pokémon, where is it going to end?

Well, they are finally re-releasing Gold and Silver onto the DS. And about time, too I might add. I can hardly wait for that to come out. But Jolteon will remain my favorite Pokemon (and all other evolutions of Eevee, but Jolteon is still my favorite).

As I posted on guru2, they are already at work on a new pair of games. So expect more new pokemon to be revealed.

Yeah, it was called Haunter.

It stopped being cool soon after the 2nd generation came out (Gold & Silver + Crystal). It was around that time I turned 11 too, but that's a pure coincidence.

Dragonite is Dragon/Flying - that's x4 damage from Ice.

Teach it Thunder and you stand a chance, but the guy's so slow I'd easily get the first move off.

I played Pokemon way, waaaaay too much as a kid. That is, the first 3 series. Too bad money-hungry Nintendo ruins the series by desperately producing more and more ridiculously looking creatures (kids will buy the games anyway). It's really a shame, just compare the 1st series with the 4th for instance. Originality -> Lameness
