Default Terrible Support.

Here's the deal, I bought Guild Wars: Factions a week ago on Steam, I downloaded it, and it told me to active my serial to a account on NCSoft, so I made a account, and when it asked for my serial, I entered it, just to find out its wrong.

I have contacted NCsoft, made an ticket, a week later, nothing.
What the shit? Are they sleeping or something?

The only response I have gotten is.

Patience. NCSoft support handles all NCSoft games. They will fix the situation, and are generally very quick. You might want to check the status of your ticket, and send in a response. The system might have glitched. I sent a ticket in a few days ago, and received a response the next business day, early. By the end of the 2nd day, the answer I needed had been given and posted on Guru when I returned home from Chicago.
