That is the result of some vandals who are displeased with the treatment the wiki has received from Wikia. The wiki is already forking off (we're going to be hosted by Curse), and as soon as it's up and running we'll make the new URL public.
Take anything you see on [email protected] with a grain of salt. Wikia staff doesn't play Guild Wars, they're unlikely to be able to revert all the stupid build changes people are making.

Meh they will probably keep all the content.
And odds are if they actually bought it they will setup a redirect.

It's not going to work as smoothly as that. Both owners of Guru had agreed on the transfer, so it went smoothly without much of an impact to the userbase.
We have to deal with Wikia, a corporation of money-grubbers who will not let go of the domain name. They intend to keep their "fork" of the wiki open, despite it having bad builds and no contributors, simply for the profit of ad revenue.
The active userbase and admins are all going to migrate to the curse wiki. The old wiki will, in only a few weeks after the move, be more or less unusable from the overwhelming amount of terrible builds listed in the "great" categories. It's unfortunate that this is how we had to part, but Wikia is not known for their understanding.

True but you make money grubbing sound like a bad thing, then making curse sound like angelic peoples who don't care about money xD
Indeed I wouldn't not have expected them to be jerks about this. That may suck however I assume alot of the build will probably be transferred over anyway?

Wikis have database dumps, a roughly 1GB file (for us anyway) with all the pages and page histories. We've given that to curse, and they're unpacking it now. As soon as they get all those pages up on the "new" wiki, it'll be open for traffic.
EDIT; I'm going to work, I'll answer more questions when I get back (or in the off chance I get a break at work).

Yes, that's what he's referring to with the "database dump". All of the current build and other pages will be transferred over exactly as they were when the PvX admins sent the db file to Curse. Everything should be fine.
As an aside, GuildWiki is also likely making the move to Curse. Among other things, Wikia are forcing a new site-wide skin which isn't compatible with GuildWiki and PvX content, which is why we're seeing the moves.

^ Exactly.
We'll have the new site up in another day or two, so just be patient.
We're sorry for those who are going to [email protected] looking for good builds. Unfortunately, Wikia doesn't have the staff or the support to help us with that site. Luckily, Curse has been gracious enough to take us and they're doing a great job so far.
Anyway, we'll be posting on Guru when the new site is up with our new address and everything. We'll continue to work on getting www.pvxwiki.com back, but Wikia is unlikely to let it go (until the site dies, that is).
