Without the actual skills in the game at the priest to check it with you can see where the mistake came from.
Thank you.
As for Practiced Stance. There are a few more non-elite preps that would benefit from it in Factions, but all in all it would be much more effective as a non-elite so you could use it with Inced. arrows or Trappers Focus/etc.
|
The reason Anet put Inced Arrows as elite is because it interrupt and set on fire at the same time. If its not an elite, just thinking about Quickshot+Inced Arrows (fast and easy spammable). This is what will happen with needle shot + Inced Arrows but with less dmg.
Again, praticed stance is useless for me because I dont use it in any build. Off course who like it will say something else. But, for me, I dont like it. If you use it often, fine, its your choice, I dont blame you because you use a skill that I dont like. If you feel good with a skill that the others say useless, go for it and let the others blame themself when they come face to face with another one who is a copy/paste of them.
In all, I prefer to be, sometimes, original if we compare with the others.

Practiced Stance is incredibly stupid. It's basically a skill that has only an interest with Choking Gas, and STILL, it's not that great of an improvement!
" For 20-32 seconds, your Preparations are ready 50% faster and last 30-126% longer."
Recharge Time: 15s.
It's the worst Stance in the game, and yet, it's an Elite? Come on now!

No, you weren't paying attention. It's balanced for Competition Arenas. It's not a good combo when because in any other form of competition, mend ailment, draw conditions, mend condition, etc. will negate it easily. THIS IS YOUR ELITE SLOT.

Well, all Elites are useless when you got Signet of Humility on you. Dont see always in PvP Rust, see in PvE too. Check for an overall use. Dont say "people thinks its useless, then it is".

Pretty sure I never said that.
Anyways, I'm sure Signet of Humility applies to all elites - not sure what your point there is.
It doesn't strike you that Signet of Midnight is a '1v1' skill? At no point in time can you build an effective build around Signet of Midnight. Even in PvE it's not effective. You blind 2 enemies, but as a Me/N or N/Me, you have to get within touch range to do so. That entirely defeats the purpose of your tank drawing aggro.

Broad Head Arrow [cost 25, recharge 20]
You shoot a broad head arrow that moves slower than normal. If it hits, target foe is dazed for 5-17 seconds, and if target foe is casting a spell that spell is interrupted. This is an elite skill.
That's a nice elite. Makes Skull Crack even more suckworthy when you can inflict dazed, at a distance, with no conditional requirements.
I wish that Skull Crack caused daze just by using it. That'd be great.

eh we've already established with 2 skills sig of midnight can blind not just 2 people but a whole mob if they're up close.
I've been shown a build using Keystone Sig which looks okay but I haven't tried it.
I still think Keystones sigs drawback of disableing all your non sig skills is really harsh considering its an elite.
Skullcrack maintains use in PvE but damn is it really not good compared to any other dazing elite.

It's a nice RA elite and that's about it. The recharge is way too long for it to get any use elsewhere because the condition gets removed too fast for it to have much effect. I don't see the reason for the long recharge anyway - even with Expertise the cost is high enough that it isn't that spammable with a lower recharge.

Uh, yeah, Triple Chop and Hundred Blades suck. So does Cyclone Axe, at least in PvP. My point, is that Cyclone Axe hits a much larger area of effect than Hundred Blades / Triple Chop -- in order to hit multiple opponents with HB, they have to be standing RIGHT next to each other, something that doesn't happen at all in PvP and rarely happens in PvE. And, to make things worse, both of these elites have a slower recharge than Cyclone does, too.
And Triple Chop is especially bad, considering that it not only hits just one target except in very rare situations, the extra damage it does is barely more than Power Attack -- which has a much faster recharge. At least HB gives you some adrenaline.

Nice try though.

Nice horrible comparison!
Gale == the perfect skill for a warrior. Very potent ranged disruption with little energy cost, a mitigatable downside (Thanks to the exhaustion bug), and very few skill points required.
Ride the Lightning == Comparatively little damage for an Ele spell, (Fireball does more damage than it, and Fireball does AoE!) what is generally considered a downside for squishy elementalists, and this is sitting in your elite spot why?
Nice try.

I like to play a Necromancer. But rezzing a 2 years old thread where Broad Head Arrow was still at 25 energy is just wrong.

Two paragon GvG team. Ridiculously spammable free energy for your team, namely monks.
On topic, Shroud of Silence is up there now. Ridiculously OP when it came out, then nerfed to ridiculously untouchable.
Also, 2006-2009 is three years
