Default If we were able to dual wield wands in GW1

If GW1 had dual wielding (GW2 has dagger-dagger stuff and 2 swords/axes ; torch offhand)...elementalists might actually do decent damage in between spell downtime. (2*1.2*16.5=39.6 /1.75s per attack = 22.6DPS before conjures ; 26DPS with 15>50 mod)

2x wands = double attack rate = 2x conjures; 40/40 (36/36 actually) like wand + Focus? You don't need +12 energy on an ele anyway.

22.6DPS + 2*20/1.75sec (@15 air/water/fire) =35.8DPS without using spells , 22.8 of which is armor ignoring

2x swords/axes/spears wouldn't be right since it'd be 80+DPS on its own. Most dual wielding in games leads to offhand weapon doing half, but it'd still be 60+DPS before buffs.
