stairs are made with the outsides usually made out of one piece and then the stair part-the part you step on, made in separate pieces....then nailed down (stringers and rungs I think----google it).

no I am not looking forward to the blood test--but I am hoping that my hubbys numbers are down ....which means that our way of dealing with his cholesterol worked--and that he wont have to go on meds for the rest of his life.

used to like shopping for clothing, but I hate the current styles so now I hate going (besides I am not a little girl size 2

....and womans clothing looks like it escaped from the early 1970's--a decade I care not to revisit clothing wise).....I like shopping for books, toys--plush, used to like shopping for music--but that has changed since there is almost no good new music I like, also like to go food shopping----chocolate, cookies, I even like grocery stores (had planned on a career in the culinary field at one time---).

went out for sushi....think I ate way too much---think I will go have a nice nap now

xmas shopping I do either online (and then call them) or buy catalogs (and then call them)....so I dont even have to leave my comfy sofa

Well another day of finals down. One on Monday and then my last one on Wednesday but luckily I am not stressed about these two like I was for the previous ones.

oh boy just saw the radar---looks like wisconsin got hit--and minnesota...and its going east....pretty good storm!....time to get the boots out again!

and back to watching indiana jones movies.....

We are getting hit by the blizzard as well, though it isn't as bad as up north. It looks awesome out, cause I love snow and don't plan on going anywhere. Which is good because the conditions are bad.

Football day! Very important day for fantasy football as if I win today, I'm in the playoffs, lose and I'm out... Not good, I was hoping to have a spot locked up but my guys decided to flop last week... And my team is ravaged with injuries. Going to be interesting...

didnt the stadium up in minneapolis get zonked by the snow???? isnt there supposed to be a game there today????
yeah I have no place to go either---and a final exam waiting for some attention......so at least I have something to do while the weather outside is frightful.....so let it snow, let it snow, let it snow (we pay the condo ass. for snow removal so they can do shovel my driveway!

Yes, there was supposed to be a game at the Metrodome today at 1pm EST between the New York Giants and the Minnesota Vikings. Unfortunately it was postponed due to the blizzard and then earlier this morning snow broke the roof and crashed through. So yup, the Metrodome got annihilated by snow today.

Don't make a bad guild name and you won't have to find out.

I'm watching Sunday night football as it pertains directly to my fantasy playoff hopes. And I just had dinner, sandwiches. Yum and it meant I didn't have to go out in the cold.

Has no one heard of Google? It is this really cool search engine that you can type your questions into and usually get the answer! It's really neat, you all should try it sometime!

oy, me'thinks that the level of discussion has declined, but it might just be that creeping crud in my head making me see things----any one want a cold/flu type virus, will even gift wrap it for xmas

glad I finished my test before the crud got me good.....I see a nap in my immediate future. (only been awake about an hour)

no, just your mom/spouse/employer/teacher....prompting you to do it., nothing like having someone yell at you to get something done (every few minutes) to finally finish it

(and sorry awe--I think they xray or something packages going to foreign countries so my virus wouldnt make it past that)
