chocolate is better than just about anything I can think of, and yes RR you are correct
Chocolate contains stuff that makes you feel good (the laymans way of saying that) and has some of those mineral things that are good for you too (magnesium I believe)..and some studies are showing it has other health benefits----its nice to see something that tastes good and is possible good for you!
now back to killing wardens----

There are some health benefits but I believe the downsides far out weight the benefits. Chocolate is a mild laxative for those who didn't know.
What are you killing wardens for?

Hmm, to actually be a man, you need to have 3 children, with 3 women, you need to have 2 moms and 0 fathers, you need to have shot and killed a minimum of 6 wild boars, or 1 human (this is illegal most places) then you are a real man, not before.
A real man does not have feelings, or cravings, a real man doesn't give a shít about those things, or most other things either.
that's my defination.

welll I am not a real man, nor would I want to be.
wardens--kurzick faction (zbounties on arbor and murghi....I do these with all of my characters that have gotten that far, gets really boring so I do a few a day)
I still have not finished unpacking from my trip, guess I should do that soon too (my list of 'to do' is long enough to keep me busy until way after the world ends )

Cosy, you're a woman, you can have feelings, but real men don't have feelings. :=)
Hmm, when i want kurzik factions, i just do FA or something similar, people are soooo bad at this game, they don't know what to do when they meet me... Assassins keeps attacking with Empathy on, Casters cast spells with Backfire on... Monks are the only one "clever" sometimes. but damn it's easy, Enchant removal vs minion bombers (or interrupt, or disenchants).
The only hard to kill, is actually another good mesmer!
But when i play my ranger, i suck so so so much. :P
Oatmeal for breakfast.

I usually just do Jade or Fort if I want faction because it is more fun then farming AI's endlessly. But that is just me. I still need to progress my Vanguard, Asuran and the other track (not Dwarf, but the name evades me, if there is another one).
I was playing some of the WiK quests lasts night and was wondering why my teams DPS sucked. That's when I realized that my 3 heroes were set to passive. Changing that made everything soooo much easier lol

lol pwnd...yeah having your heroes actually attack does seem to help
FA, the wait just kills me.....and I am not a pvp-er in any sense of the word (also I get drops and open chests and such while killing the same dumb boss with all of my characters, thus progressing on 4 more titles then)....its not very fast (only just over 3million kurzick faction)....but then again I have already put the title up so I am just doing it for the goal I set of maxing it (kinda like the chests and wisdom---will take me years to finish them at my speed, but still plug along just the same).
oatmeal is good, hubby has that for breakfast every morning (its supposed to help with your cholesterol.....so it couldnt hurt).

Really ? I thought it had the opposite effect...
The name you are looking for is "norn" I think.
I sometime do the Z-quests on my chars, but meh, doing the same thing bores me (Some are almost a year old).
People in FA are so dumb...that's why I'm bossy when I play as Luxon (Do that, go there, kill him, don't to that, everyone there !). I just hate losing against a Kurzick team that can't interrupt a Meteor Shower. As a Kurzick I heal...I don't trust other monks/rits enough.
2 millions to go for max Kurz and done half of Lux. I have too many titles that are more than 50% complete...but it bores me to kill monsters.
Almost on vacation .

So did I Red, but according to a doctor it is a mild laxative. Who knew?
Ya, I was looking for Norn but couldn't remember it to save my life lol
I'm Kurzick and I usually go to JQ cause we seem to win the most there and there is a bigger payout if I remember correctly. So it's all good.
I PM'd your GW account last night Red. Turns out it was Fenryl using your account lol

when I do fa or jq I turn off the chat....I really dont care what people want me to do as usually I am either not near the thing they want to me kill or dont have the skills they want me to use.....sorry no interrupts on my necro......I have done them enough to know what the general strategy is ----no need to tell me again and again. In jq I usually play paragon and run the jade--not much to talk about there.
yeah I have a bunch of accountwide titles that are not very far along....and farming, just cant seem to want to do the same thing over and over again on the same character (even changing characters I have a hard time doing it more than 3 times in a roll before I HAVE to do something else...no idea how people can do it)....and yes I still have a few zquests on characters from last year (ragnar comes to mind and thk).....will get to them someday, I hope.
chocolate a laxative, think its time to find a new doctor pwnd---there are a few 'diet' chocolate things on the market that are laxatives ...so maybe that is what they are thinking of. (had a bag of diet chocolate covered pretzels that had the ingredient in it....but guess I either tossed them or the fairy ate them).

HOW DARE SHE ! nah kidding xD, if I remember correctly she was :
a) Taking some cash because she got the right answer to a completely random question I asked
b) Checking which mini pets I have more than once
c) Farming UW with her husband. I kind of wish the answer is this one, at least I get free ectos xD.
Only bossy when I lose too much (I'm not that much of a sore loser, but maybe a tiny bit ).
I play a bomber in JQ but I find it even more annoying than FA sometimes...I'm looking at all those nasty rangers >.<

Not my doctor or the doctor of anyone I know. And in fact straight chocolate, like Hershey's Kisses or M&M's are in fact mild laxatives due to their caffeine. Google search confirms.
lol She said she was playing on it, didn't say what or if I remember if she told me in fact.
I don't usually listen to anything anyone says in JQ or FA either. I usually run a monk and heal the NPC's or run RoJ back before it was nerfed. It is good fun but people are stupid.

lol Of course everyone has heard of Exlax, but that wasn't the point. Also you wouldn't use chocolate as a viable way to take care of the problems Exlax does.

One of the ingredients in Ex-lax is cocoa, thus the mild laxative connection. Though Ex-Lax is a bit more than mild and has been used in many a nasty trick cooked into something chocolate.

Ex-lax is much more than "mild" for sure lol And yes, it is a very mean ingredient to put in anything.
Thursday tomorrow. Yup.

exlax is NOT chocolate: Active Ingredient (in each pill)
Sennosides, USP, 15 mg
inactive ingredients
acacia, alginic acid, carnauba wax, colloidal silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate, iron oxides, magnesium stearate, microcystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, shellac, sodium benzoate, sodium lauryl sulfate, stearic acid, sucrose, talc, titanium dioxide
no where is there is chocolate/cocoa...the FLAVOR of exlax has chocolate added to it, but not for any laxative type purpose (like cherry flavored pepto isnt cherry flavored for calming nausea....)
and from the laxative page:
some foods that may 'cure' constipation
* almonds
* aloe vera
* apple juice
* dried apricots
* basil
* beets
* carob
* capsicum
* celery
* chicory
* coconut
* coffee
* dandelion
* dates
* endive
* fenugreek
* figs
* flaxseed
* grapes
* guava (with seeds for full effect)
* kale
* kiwifruit
* liquorice
* mango
* mint
* molasses
* olive oil
* orange juice
* papaya
* parsley
* peach/apricot
* pear
* persimmon
* pineapple
* plum
* prune/prune juice
* rhubarb
* senna (genus)
* soybean
* tamarind
* tea
* tomato juice
* vanilla
* walnut
* watercress
* yam
once again no chocolate listed......so from the chocolate page:
Health effects of chocolate include both positive and negative effects. While chocolate is regularly eaten for pleasure, there are potential beneficial health effects of eating chocolate. Cocoa or dark chocolate benefits the circulatory system. Other beneficial effects suggested include anticancer, brain stimulator, cough preventor and antidiarrhoeal effects. An aphrodisiac effect is yet unproven.
On the other hand, the unconstrained consumption of large quantities of any energy-rich food such as chocolate is thought to increase the risk of obesity without a corresponding increase in activity. Raw chocolate is high in cocoa butter, a fat which is removed during chocolate refining, then added back in in varying proportions during the manufacturing process. Manufacturers may add other fats, sugars, and milk as well, all of which increase the caloric content of chocolate.
once again nothing about it having a laxative effect......quite the contrary (bolded).....
I say :
BULL!
