Just got back from once a week Chinese night, although it's the scorpion bowls that are the real attraction(only usually drink once a week). Hey Red, knowing fear of heights I can really appreciate what it took for you to do that. I know it must have been exhilarating when yo got there.

I'm not even thinking about babies let alone being 42 years old. No thanks.
Random note, anyone else slightly obsessed with the show Whale Wars? I watched it for the first time last week and I have become completely engrossed in the show.

Yeah it kind of was. Plus behind the waterfall there was a beautiful swimming hole with natural water chute ; however the water was really really really cold.
At least the way back wasn't as horrible, but still kind of scary to know that your walking space is only 16 inches...
Never heard of that show.

Only reason I'd watch that show is if the fatass captain was harpooned and fed to the whales as bait.

Geez Slayer, have a heart! I used to watch Ice Road Truckers but it started to bore me after the first season. Monsters Inside Me is an interesting show. I have seen it a few times but I prefer River Monsters over that show. Crazy animals he finds.
I had pizza for lunch today. Cause it's Friday and it was the only thing we had to eat in the house. >< Now I'm back at school so back to the good old school food...

having turkey for dinner, a recipe from Martin Yan's China cookbook (sister got it for me for my bday, finally got it--a month+ late)......I LOVE turkey!!

I was responding to pwnds post---he said he was back at school, I naturally assumed that most of the rest of the schools would be starting soon as well (I dont really know if they have here, but here's hoping!!!)......I would need to drive past a school to see what day classes start, though I saw the high school football team practicing the other afternoon, so it has to be pretty close!

The high school in my hometown doesn't start till the 30th due to construction. Which is very interesting. But whatever, not my problem.
I'm just ready for the parents to leave campus. That would be fantastic.

My "school" starts monday (tomorrow) and only lasts 5 weeks.
And i kinda agree with slayer, if no one dies on such shows, it's awfully boring.

Whales have died on that show. People have been injured and I think one might have been killed in an episode... But I'm not for sure since I just started watching it.
Only 5 weeks huh? Sounds like a summer session here.

Well it's finally raining here for the past 2 days, we were in a mini drought so all is good. I made a chicken mandarin orange salad last night with honey lime dressing, I must say it was very tasty.

Haven't had rain since this past Friday. Which I guess is alright. Since it is Tuesday though, that means classes start tomorrow. Oh well. I only have 2 days of class this week since I don't have class on Fridays! (Hellz ya!)
I went out to dinner with some of the people in an organization I am in. It was a blast, plus it was free food! Awesomeness.

We don't really need the rain atm, so no biggie on that. Just like the rain. Though I can do without it on school days...

It hasn't been that hot here. Mid-80's but still fairly humid. But not bad compared to a few weeks ago...
