gee, new years and here I am posting on guru....yep that is my life story.

had char sui buns for dinner and some ramen (ok, hubby went to a work party, I dont drink, smoke or like large crowds....so why should I attend??)

neighbors have a party going....and people keep leaving the front door open---and the heater in the common area barely works.....so I cant wait to see my gas bill next month since my heat has been on most of the last 3 hours almost constantly

Oh hai guise. I came back for the New Year. Hope you all had a good New Years Eve and weren't too terribly hungover.

Gf got her furnace fixed the next day so it was nice and warm from then on out. Until then though, yes we had to cuddle.

Home till tomorrow night, then back to school. Oh well. So how is everyone?

Welcome back pwnd. Damn it's been snowing for three days here, not a lot of accumulation (4" or 5") just enough to make things messy, especially with the wind blowing it all around.

Wind is the worst after it snows. Makes the roads absolutely horrendous. Never fun driving after there has ben a lot of drifting going on.... Where I was at they got snow off and on but again, nothing really accumulated. At home though, we haven't got much snow at all recently. Oh well.

So I found five bucks in a shopping cart while at work today. The note that came with it said it was some church project where they were supposed to do something nice for someone.

I used to work part-time for a grocery store---had to move the carts in the parking lots...always could find about half a dollar of change there (a few dimes, pennies and sometimes a quarter)....made the horrible wage I was earning not quite as bad.
