For some time I can't really smell much so I don't relly on smell.
Read something about those Pelmeni, looks really nice.
I wish I lived near my favorite burger place, for 120 dinars (around one pound) you get a 1.5cm-2cm thick burger that is large as a dining plate made of finest pork meat, rolled in cheese and bacon. The bread is custom made just for the burgers and is delicious in itself, it's also grilled a bit to soak up some of the flavors. I got hungry just thinking about it. The only downside is that I have to travel in another town to buy this godly food.

Beauty of a metropolis like New York...30min-1 hour you are at the center of the city filled from cousine from every corner of the world... i had hard time finding a good Ukranaian cousine in here though but meh.. my mom cooks better then any retaurant.. but my Favourite is chineese food and not converted chineese food for white folks (americans) and black folks but solely Asian cousine.. Roast Duck with soy sause on soft and almost creamy rice with a side dish of steamed brockoly vovered in thin layer of the sauce with tea on a side in a quite asian retaurant..oh man
Im usualy the only caucasian (European) face there with my asian buddy who orders for me every time .. even though i know how to order the food in chineese.. "Su Ap Fan" please
Yes im special
White=American
Caucasian=European

Got to be smart about your weight lifting depending on the results you want. If you want to have a lean body then lift low weights with lots of repetitions. Muscular body you should do heavy weights with lower repetitions.

What is you goal and your current weight? If you are one of those skinny fat people, I suggest start eating tons of food with protein i.e. fish and meat. I suggest reading through this. Try not to burn yourself out and include a cardio routine. You do not want to get huge muscles, but get easily pooped out after a short run.

It's not just the exercise, I also find it quite fun moving things about. And considering my school needs a lot of it, I'm happy to help.
