I just finished my friday hehehe, good to have friend with extremely big giant screen to watch movie on lol, like my own personal mini theatre.

Oh crap my legs are so weak and my stomach is building up a cramp, and my heart is about to explode. Overall best Friday ever. I tried this new cardio called Tabata. The whole exercise is 4 min total, but you do as much rep as possible in a 20 second set. Then rest for 10 seconds and repeat until 4 mins is up. I started out with 25 reps at the first 1 min, but on the last few mins I struggled to do 5 reps and I was using a 10lb dumbells :P.
