Hey guys, I don't have time to get on yahoo answers and stuff, so I'll ask it here :s.
My mail, facebook, gmail and youtube constantly get their passwords changed, wtf am I supposed to do? I normally don't freak out because I got back-up emailadresses, but the dude keeps tracking my passes!
- Yes i changed them LOTS of times!
- yes facebook said my account was deactivated and I had checked the option of showing me where the previous login cam from: Minesota, U.S.A., I live in freakin' Belgium. Seems like they don't block shit

- Facebook help centre stinks, it's just some marketing junk.
- this is my privacy being attacked, should I go to the police?
- I have never clicked on any spam mail and I do not have malware/viruses at all

please help

I would guess you've managed to get a keylogger somehow - that would track your keypresses and make any number of password changes irrelevant.

Thanks for the reply, this was pretty much a adesperate post , got it solved by changing passwords through another, suposedly clean, computer. Norton AV, superantispyware, malwarebytes, spybot failed at finding anything, so I just did an OS reinstall, passes didn't change for 2-3 days now

honestly you are on the verge of having your identity stolen, probably from a keylogger. That's pretty serious stuff. I'm serious about this -- you need to do a few things.

First, make sure you have a hardware firewall through your router, which you can change your ip address. Then, format your hard drive, and do clean installs and updates. Then, install Windows Defender, your antivirus of choice (with updates), get the latest Windows Updates and service packs.

Trying to uninstall keyloggers after the fact can give you the false sense of security, when you could have a really nasty rootkit, or someone may have direct access to your comp by ports being opened, etc. I would really recommend a hard drive wipe.

You need to be aware of other computers you use, and only visit sites you need to log on to, or enter personal info, on your computer.

Lastly, if there's any chance someone stuck a hardware keylogger onto your comp, check all your physical connections.

I know it's pretty serious, passes still didn't change, I wiped my OS HDD, but not my second since my second has got 400gb of data that I absolutely can't afford to lose :/. A small remark on physical connections: I just bought a 32gb USB from Traxdata, and it's pretty much since I put it in my computer (so I wouldn't lose it

) that the passes were changed...and you don't know what happens to such a USB before you buy it, might it be infected? it's got 16kb of memory already used, which is not much, but I believe it's enough for malware... day 4 : passes still didn't change, going good for now !

one more thing: I've got a hacked version of MW2 (alterWInet), is it possible that one of the servers on it contains malware/rootkits?
My mozilla firefox is more secured now, had adblocker and noscript turned off on my older computer because they made it lag a bit, but it runs fine on my self build rig, thanks for replying !
