one piece....and I didnt eat all of the cookies since I cant even HAVE most of the ingredients in them right now (and yes I do like pizza, however, its not on my diet--no wheat, no yeast and no dairy).

2nd world countries are countries who are neither rich like, UK and USA nor are they dead poor like soem of the African countries, not sure about the second Q.

yes it makes you feel full, however this is simply an intestinal illusion, as it contains tiny ninjas that stealthily steal it out of your stomach. this process takes about 1 hour.
