got the filter out and washed, just waiting for it to dry (cant put it back until its really REALLY dry).

its pretty dry now (its not mold--its water+electricity) so will put it back today.....hubby has the day off (worked all weekend) so hope to get my computer back today

True, I guess when I thought of the filter I didn't think much electricity would be flowing through it. But that does make sense.

Ya it was 84 outside yesterday, 79 in here. Fiancee came over and held the window up so I could put in my a/c. So I took her out to dinner, cause I'm nice like that.

was watching the weather---good thing we dont live in kansas or colorado...they have the S word!

(and a bit farther north they have it as well...am on the right side of the front for once).

Hello all! This last Friday, we started the long slow process of relocating to the "new" house. Still quite a bit of cleaning left to do, but starting to look much better. Got very basic cable (1 channel less than we had on antenna), phone, and 15 meg. internet installed yesterday. Their total cost is less than the internet alone at the country house. With the phone having unlimited long distance, we can eliminate my cell phone for a savings of $50 a month. The old house phone was local calls/911 only.

Now to get off here and back to tackling those last 2 rooms.

my computer is back up and running!! (still have a few things to do on it ...but no longer working on crummy windows 7 and a laptop!)

No snow hit us. Just lots and lots of rain again. But no flooding.

Rain? You can have it. We already had some wide spread flooding here a couple of weeks ago. You can have all the rain that we are supposed to have.

got my arc plans right here....ready to implement, so yeah rr, you can HAVE the rain, PLEASE!

been doing testing on my computer, running all sorts of stuff like virus scans, spyware scans, memory tests....cause we are still not sure as to what caused my mobo to die (dont think it was heat since the case of my computer has never been put on, dust? possibly, but I usually air can-it out regularly, the cpu fan was making a LOT of noise before it died, so it could be that had something to do with it---the investigation continues!---got a new cpu fan too).

rain, thunder and warm---will take the last one, the others will gladly give away.

Well hopefully you figure out why cosy. Here is to hoping my mobo lasts a long time. Since the computer is only a couple months old.

Rained off and on today. Supposed to be nice until Thursday now. Then possible storms and rain for next weekend.
