got a message saying my mobo is on the way!!!
WOOOT (hope its a. the correct one, and b. works)....more rain and even the S word

been doing more stuff with my photos---got a new photo book ready of just pagodas (5 storey ones) I visited while in japan....will probably do one of castles when I get the whole bunch of film uploaded.

We are supposedly done with rain for a while. So we will see if that forecast holds up or not.

yeah I will be a much happier camper when my old computer gets back on its legs (and I can get off this goofy windows 7 laptop---driving me CRAZY!!).

and yes, it rained on me today---thought that was all supposed to be gone

well I hope all the flowers really appreciate the rain and snow we have had this year (and I doubt that there is much of a drought anylonger in the mid midwest!).

I like Windows 7... I still think XP is better but I definitely do like Windows 7. Just takes some getting used too.

No rain here, just sun.

My graphics driver crapped out on me today during a class so I emailed the ever slow tech department about it. Within 10 mins the guy was there ordering me a replacement laptop. o.O First time I had ever seen something get done so fast. Guess I was priority!

already had mac and cheese this week...and cheese sandwiches (still have some of that bread left too) as well as raviolis....a weeeeee bit toooo much pasta this week, I think I am happy just to not be too sluggish to walk!

got some shrimp so am going to have a salad, boil up some eggs and slice some veggies (oh, its GOOD for me).

I've had mac and cheese as well. Was left overs. Cause I'm cheap... Cold mac and cheese. Weeeeeeeee.

ewwww, cold mac and cheese!....I have a microwave and I know how to use it!

had shrimp and a cucumber (my lettuce, well, the garbage disposal got it)...so it was sorta kinda not really a salad.

The even weirder part is that it is super good with ketchup. I kid you not. I tried it on accident once and it was good. Fiancee likes it that way as well. We are odd...

Shrimp is outside of my budget. Of course I'm not a fan of seafood so ya.

it was on sale (only paid $2 for 1/2 pound), so it was the cheapest protein at the store.

ketchup on pasta...does work, not too sure about the cheese part of it then----I like to put mayo on my mac and cheese (not the craaaapy american type with so many preservatives you dont even know WHAT you are eating---I get a japanese kind with ONLY 2 added preservatives, msg and salt (yeah yeah)....the rest is all good ingredients).
back when we ate mac and cheese weekly, I put loads of different things into it, salsa is a good one, turkey and onions works well too.

hope my mobo comes today....

Ya I never would have dreamed of putting ketchup on it but it just happened. Turned out to be pretty good. Never been a huge fan of mayo myself but I know lots of people love it. I have had Mac and cheese with hamburger in it that was pretty good. Lots of things you can add to it to make it yummy.

Bridal shower today. I get to attend all of it... So super excited... Me and a bunch of women... Sounds a bit like my job. :-p

well, we had been putting it off for....weeks

(since easter)...so we finally got it done on monday, but well...it stayed nice for a day or two

ah, sunday...and yes, more rain /sigh (well at least it might wash some of the birdie poo off the car---)

I just hate going to the car wash to do it cause I'm spending 10 bucks or so to wash it. Would rather just go to my parents and wash it there... Wish I had a place at my apartment to wash it, would make life easier.

yep, having our own place to wash the car would be ideal, however, 'twill be sometime before that event occurs. (working on it, really we are).

yeah, rained last night and a wee bit this morning, enough to make the bird goo move around on the car and then make the rest look dirty

temps are FINALLY over 60!

I'll probably head home either next weekend or the following weekend and wash it then.

Supposed to be 76 tomorrow, 83 on Tuesday, and 77 on Wednesday before cooling down thanks to some rain Thursday through next Sunday. I will enjoy the warmer weather and I might even put my A/C in then. I'll have to bribe my fiancee with dinner so she will come help.
