I did find the show interesting but I also liked janes hair, so it was a plus. (and there was really nothing else to watch on the 5 or so channels we got at the time

)

made bison burgers for dinner ---no pink slime here!! (got the rolls from the grocery just as they were coming out of the oven, nice and warm--and FRESH!!

and yeah, got one just for fiep, he also got a challah bread to share with his buddies).

yeah, its pretty weird that its cyclic....every few years (or decades) there is really nothing worth watching on tv...currently I am down to only a few shows (mostly on the food network or travel channel)...outside of that I watch bones, ncis and house (which is ending in a few more episodes

)...cant stand 'reality' tv--as well as talk shows ZZZZZzzzz....ah well, probably a good thing since all tv is going hd ultimately and hd gives me a headache to watch....and then I can catch up on all the books I have bought and not read

. But yeah, there's pretty much nothing worth watching on TV most of the time, and when there's something interesting on one channel, there's something else on another and I have to choose >.>

So I've decided to train my piano skills. I figured that after 10 years, maybe I should actually learn the ending to one of the first piece I've learned xD.

Discovery, NatGeo, History, Science Food, Cooking BBC America are the networks I watch. You can never get enough knowledge and education. Well I have a little 4 day mini vacation, off until Tuesday. Going to a Wegman's tomorrow that opened about 30 miles from my house. It is a destination supermarket. It was rated #2 in the country after Trader Joes as best markets.

trader joes D- in my book--never have the same stuff, ONLY a few 'special' things on sale. cant really do my regular grocery shopping there as they never have half the stuff on my list! for 'speciality' items, yeah, other wise not a chance....though I LOVE to go to grocery stores...will look for a wegmans close enough for a road trip to my home

(been watching the 48 hours on id, forensic files etc on ID channel--however, I think I have finally gotten back to the beginning as I am remember the trials and such...will need to find another set of programs to watch at 3am...though a history 2 channel is up now in our area----).

There is only so much "Jesus, the Man" shows on History channel that I can watch before getting tired of it, although I must say sometime there are some interesting documentaries on those channel.
Unfortunately, in France I only have Arte. It used to be full of interesting documentaries, but nowadays of weird pseudo-historical movies >.>

yeah there are plenty of them--I have also watched a lot of the military channel, I think I know more about the world wars now than I did in hs when we studied them!

on my own for dinner tonight---so I am having uni (sea urchin roe) rice with some salmon roe (I like both of these a lot)....YUM!

I never could make myself eat fish eggs, they remind me to much of fish bait. Well Wegman's was a fun trip, you could easily spend hours learning the store. They have just about anything you can think of, they even have 3 Sushi chefs constantly making goodies. We will certainly be going back. I wish it were a little closer than 30 miles.

I went to Woodman's today with the fiancee... Really wish we had a Woodman's down there. They sell a lot of things cheaper than Wal-Mart and they have a much larger selection...

Grilled out for the future in-laws today. They really enjoyed it which is always good.

TV? Hmmm, NCIS, NCIS: LA, Criminal Minds, The Big Bang Theory, and Supernatural are all I watch at the moment that are series. I watch lots of sports and then also Nat Geo, Animal Planet, Discovery, etc. Otherwise, meh.

Indeed, allergies are definitely bad atm. I was sneezing a fair amount earlier today. Then I drove 3 hours, now I'm doing alright lol

cleaned the cars yesterday (never understood the term 'detailing' when all they do is clean ...)

now we have 2 really nice clean cars...and we park under a tree so it wont last very long

have a bunch of tests tomorrow..so will be spending a day at the outpatient center of the local hospital....not sure if I want them to find something or not--would be nice to know there really IS something wrong, but then again, not if its something really bad (or that cant be fixed without some ludicrously expensive whatever....)...and yeah, the vampires will be there too, cant go to the hospital without having some kind of blood work done.
will be glad when tomorrow is over.

I need to clean mine this coming weekend... I try not to park under the tree by my parking area but tonight apparently is no dice. The new neighbors took my spot... They apparently have 2 cars, only one of which I had seen until tonight. The other person better not park behind me and I best get my spot back tomorrow... Seriously... There are four spots for four apartments. Don't take 2... ><

I have to go back to work tomorrow. Which means I'll have something to do finally lol

I have been wanting to 'trim' our tree for years now...and now its not only our driveway that it covers but 3 of the 4 driveways now have this monster over them---AND the birds like to use it as a wc...so everyday you come out to bird crapp all over your car

dang your school year is almost over even...only what 2 and some odd months left? time has sure moved quickly!

hubby made a mock gyro meatball for dinner...tasted really good! he gets to make dinner tomorrow too--dont think after all the tests I am having I will be in any kind of mood to fix a meal too---not looking forward to this either.

I had Arby's cause the fiancee wanted me to come over. So she got us Arby's. It was good.
