I just got home a bit ago. From Parent Teacher conferences. Saw a total of 0 parents. Awesome! >.> Oh and today was testing in the morning. Which meant 2 and a half hours of me starring at students while they took tests... Awesome.

gee, the wonders of teaching. (yeah sometimes you get to sit and watch the clocks--back in my hs that is what we got a lot of that especially during study halls--you could hear a pin drop during those--truly exciting times!)...

it was nicer today--not as hot, but the humidity seems to have gotten here already. My knee has been killing me all day (it doesnt like when we go from arid to humid and likes to be inflammed for a while when that change happens).

seems something happened at the condo across the street--hubby and I went to lunch and when we got back we almost couldnt get up our street, both sides were lined with cop cars! the postal lady asked me if I knew what had happened when I talked to her later--I said if she finds out to let ME know!---perhaps this place aint as 'quiet' as people say----

It was cooler yesterday as well. Had a lot of rain, so that is to thank for the cooler temps. Supposed to get some rain today, though I need to wash my car... Weather is making that difficult with rain on the weekends.

o.O Maybe you are getting some new neighbors soon then? lol And that might not be a bad thing if there were that many cop cars around!

unfortunately its not the noisy ones...those live in my building next to me (same floor), this was in the building across the street and on the other side (4 units on a side)....there is always a unit up for sale here, condos are a hot item ...even in this economy (hey slayer is gone we can talk economy and gas prices and politics now

)....last weekend our little dead end had 3 open house signs up (there are a bunch of town houses at the other end)....still wish I had the money and whatnot to get a house (would LOVE <3 to sell this craaappppy place).....would really like to have a garage for 2 cars, a basement and 2 working bathrooms...and heck SPACE in my kitchen----dang place was built with a total ofimages/smilies/confused.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Confused" class="inlineimg" />...cant put much in it...)...the dishwasher door opens right in front of the door to the balcony (which we weigh tooo much to stand on)....and the stupid builders put the thermostat on the other side of the wall with the oven!! so if you use the oven in the summer the a/c goes crazy, in the winter if you use it--open the door since the heat wont ever come on....stupid dumb placement....(

soorrrry...got me started on how much I hate this place----).

I am better now....anyone want to buy a used condo, with noisy neighbors, and structural damage?....and that is why I am still here

lol Definitely does sound like you really hate that place cosy. I hope you guys can move out eventually. Never fun being stuck in a place you hate.

yeah its a sore spot with me....

it was soooo nice yesterday to have the doors open the whole day without the a/c coming on...(cant wait to see the dang power bill next month....) and it looks to be a bit cooler for the coming week ---not complaining at all....

had some nice steak yesterday with some of that quinoa (still think it should be pronounced qwi noah and not kinwa).....nasty, but the steak was tasty.

Yesterday was a very nice day. Did some stuff around the fiancee's apartment, grilled out and took a walk. Was a great day.

You sound like how I used to feel cosy. I used to be absolutely horrid in the spring and fall. Even during the summer after we would cut grass I would be feeling awful the next day. Then my doctor gave me some nasal spray to help with hay fever. Love it. I don't have near the problems I used to. I could even bail hay and not feel cruddy the next day. I love my nasal spray. (Wow, that sounded like a damn testimonial...)

lol, pwnd is going to work for his nasal spray company as the ad spokesman.
I tried some of the nasal sprays, but the side effects are just not for me--instead of sneezing from the allergy, I wound up with a sinus infection or bloody noses and they always gave me a nasty sore throat. (and since I had just gotten past my sinus infection decade of my life, no thank you).

'twas a weee bit too cool today--had the door open, put my long sweats back on (had changed to shorts--yeah!!!)...and was thinking about putting my warm socks on...at that point decided that having the doors open was just a bit too chilly....it did, however, get the apartment thermostat down to 76! (yeah ~50 outside and its STILL almost 80 inside!).

still not complaining--no a/c or heat was on the whole day--cosyfiep saved money

It was much cooler today here as well. Was nice. Though waking up when it is 60 degrees in your room is not so much fun. Especially when you have 2 fans going since it was warm when you went to bed. Oh well.

Here is an interesting fact about my town, we have an fairly popular author who lives here by the name of Jeff Kinney. The weather has been chilly but normal in the 40's, but after 70 & 80 it can seem cold.

I had to google him, I'll be honest. He wrote Diary of a Wimpy Kid, that is pretty cool. I heard it is a good book. Never read it myself though.

I think I can put this March down in my record book as one of the most pleasant ones--beautiful temps, sunny days--no snow shoveling!...If I were the fishing type--I would be on a lake someplace today! (told my hubby over the weekend to just put a chair on the balcony and put his fishing pole against the banister with the line over it--he said he would probably catch squirrels! lol).

had some erands to do today--and the village has decided on a very windy day that blowing grass clippings et. al. is a good idea

also the town one over was mowing too

good thing I am able to close the vents on the car or I would have been a very very unhappy allergy sufferer (bad enough its still windy and that cr*p is in the air).

think our computer is getting closer to having its case finished (got a fan for it today and some case screws).
